Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I am here to support you. Individual counseling sessions are billable to insurance.

If you need extra support and care as you face challenges in raising your child, I offer sessions to help support you. We can schedule sessions based on your needs. This service is not billable to insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

Life coaching is a collaborative partnership to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It is a process of self-discovery, goal setting and taking action in your life. This service is not billable to insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.
